Chairman, and CEO of The Pering Group, Aruba’s leading developer of multifamily residences. Under his direction, The Pering Group and its affiliates have executed more than 110 projects in the Real Estate; Tourist; Educational, Industrial, Geotechnical and Infrastructure sector in Aruba and Venezuela. Since its inception more than 60 years ago, the Pering Group has developed and/or built more than 1 million square meters. The Pering Group is one of the largest family owned businesses in Venezuela. Its premier portfolio of properties in Aruba includes Oceania, Blue Residences, Azure Beach Residences and Bay Harbour.
Mr. Perret has been a member of the board of directors of several Construction, Ready-mix Concrete, Financial and Insurance companies. Has been President of the Interamerican Construction Federation; the Venezuelan Construction Chamber and of the Venezuelan Construction Exporters Association. Also is a Former president of the Alumni Association of the “Colegio San Ignacio de Loyola”, and of “Fundación de Fomento Educativo San Ignacio” in Caracas. Currently, is a trustee at the Universidad Metropolitana Foundation in Caracas; The Low Income Housing Foundation; the Venezuelan Construction Chamber Foundation and the Venezuelan Executives Association.
Is an invited Professor, in Real Estate related topics, at the “Universidad Central de Venezuela”, “Universidad Metropolitana” and the “Universidad Catolica Andres Bello” in Caracas; as well as Speaker in Construction and Real Estate events.

Civil Engineer Universidad Metropolitana, Caracas (1988), MBA Cornell University (1992). Vice-president of Operations of Grupo PERING in charge of the project management of Oceania, Blue Residences and more recently AZURE Condominiums in Aruba.
Mr. Perret Gentil has a broad experience as Construction Manager and as Site Engineer in complex constructions projects.
He was Manager of the Guayana branch of Edificaciones, C.A. (a big Venezuelan construction company) and was later in charge of financial evaluations of diverse real estate projects. Previously Mr. Perret was Vice President of Finance and Planning of Seguros Orinoco (later Seguros Mercantil), a large Venezuelan insurance company being in charge of the administration, financial and investment areas of the company as well as the special projects unit responsible for the mergers and reengineering projects.
Member of the Board of Directors of insurance, savings and loans, and real estate development companies.

Oceania is the first beachfront condominium project on the island.

The development features an array of five towers with luxury condominiums that overlook beautiful Eagle Beach.

On-site amenities include 4 ocean view swimming pools, 2 fitness centers, a business center, tennis, racquetball and squash courts, a playroom for small children, and pool and foosball tables.

Blue Residences

Blue Residences is Oceania’s follow-up project, and it is built to complement Oceania’s relaxed feeling.
